A boundary that needs a barbed strand is ordered as a twist type and a gauge. "Barbed wire" alone is not a size.
Twist
Type A is the common twist. Type B is the reverse twist. Both are GI. Pick the twist the drawing names. If the drawing is silent, say which one the site already uses so the new coil matches.

Line wire and barb wire are the same gauge on each of these six combinations. 12 SWG is the heavier strand. 16 SWG is the lighter one. Gauges outside 12, 14 and 16 are not stocked on this line.
