Copper wire mesh is woven filter and sifter cloth. Chemical and liquid filters specify it when the drawing says copper. Garg Industrial Mesh, Sector 9 Noida, weaves that cloth on the same counts as brass and SS 304.
Where copper cloth is used
The order comes from a filter drawing, or from a sifter whose old screen is copper. It is not a general substitute for SS 304 atta cloth, and it is not hopper mesh. Hopper mesh is number-perforated sheet.
How to specify it
Name the mesh × SWG count, say copper, and give the width. Rolls are 3 ft and 4 ft. Other widths are made to the frame. A sample of the old screen is the surest way to match the count.
