Flour mills ask for atta channi by the count on the frame. At Garg Industrial Mesh that woven cloth is 40×36, mesh × SWG, in SS 304, brass and copper.

Where 40×36 is used

It is the flour sifter and atta channi. The mill stretches it on the sifter frame and grades the atta. It is not the sheet bolted inside the chakki chamber. That chamber piece is hopper mesh, ordered by hole number.

Which metal

SS 304 is the cloth flour plants name when the screen must not rust. Brass is ordered when the existing channi is brass. Copper is ordered when the drawing says copper. GI and MS are available for dry sifters that do not need stainless.

Rolls

3 ft and 4 ft rolls. Other widths are cut to the frame. Send the frame width with the count so the piece fits without a second cut on site.

Why buy the channi here

The shop also cuts the punched chakki jali, so a mill that needs both the woven channi and the chamber screen can name both on one RFQ and not mix them up. G-25, G Block, Sector 9, Noida. Call or WhatsApp 9910238277.
